I have a question. I eat between 1500-1600. I work retail (stock at walmart at nights). So i probley burn a lot of calories a night by working. I burn about 350 calories a night at the gym. I'm new so I'm still getting use to things where i can do more (outta shape). I do cardio, squats, weight training.

Anyways, I was wondering if the calorie consumption will ruin my chances of losing fat (I don't care much for weight)

I eat fish, veggies, and veggie hamburgers/chicken burgers. At work I drink water and eat bananas.

Are you thinking that 1500-1600 is too low and will cause you to not lose fat? I don't believe that happens, personally.

Sounds about right for calories - not know your height and weight. You will burn fat doing the job and the workout. Be sure to switch up your workouts so your body does not get used to a specific action. You will do awesome

It all depends on how tall you are and how much you weigh right now. Eat back your exercise calories back.

How tall are you and what do you weigh ..

My base level from MFP is 1610 calories (set to lose 0.5lb a week and sedentary cos of my desk job ) plus I eat back around 350 calories from exercise a day - walking, Pilates plus gym

My general TDEE. Is around 2200 - 2300 so I'm cutting by about 250 to 300 cals
