Monday Mini Challenge

Monday = Squats!

Newbies: Your challenge is 100!
Week 2: Last week I challenged 100. This week your challenge is to beat your personal best from the previous week. Even if by a few! Once you have completed, post it like below:
Squats WK1/100, WK2/130
And so on.....
Make sure you stretch, legs should width apart, you look straight ahead not down, and that your knees don't bend past your toes to keep correct forn to not only be safe but to ensure they are as effective as possible.
Level 1 = against a wall (sliding down) for support
Level 2 = basic freestanding squat
Level 3= weights on shoulders (bar/free weights) or on gym machine

Break them up is Great advise! I did 5 sets of 20 last week. If I can do it I KNOW you can too!!

That video helped me form check quite a bit. Only have cardio at the gym today, so I guess it wouldn't hurt some add some squatz!0
