diet whey and eating help

Hey guys, so gradually I've put on weight. I weigh 15st 5. I'm 6'3 and I'm looking to lose weight.
I use the PhD diet whey as a meal replacement daily, and go for a run 4 times a week. I've tried reducing my eating habbits. But I don't feel it's work. Please can I get any tips?
Could anyone also link me to a good food guide? I'm in desperate need to lose weight, not happy at the moment.
Any information and tips is appricated!

Is there any guides to a good diet plan you can link me too? Not to sure what to avoid etc.
And diet whey because I was told using that as a meal replacement would help.0 -

There are a million diet plans out there - if you want to try weightwatchers or slimming world
However I've, and many others have, been there, lost the weight- gained the weight and had to start all over again
My advice, if you're truly open to advice, is to eat to a calorie defecit
You will need a set of digital scales and determination
You will need to weigh and log everything you eat
You will learn as you do this what the good choices are, what the right portion size is, whether that longed-for treat is worth it or not, how to make your favourite foods lower in calories and how great the barcode scanner is
Bump up your vegetables - eat lean proteins, get a big range of foods and don't buy into any fads it is as simple as calories eaten vs calories used up0 -

Track everything you eat in the diary for a week. Buy a 25 dollar food scale.
Then evaluate places you can cut food so that you can eat below the calorie goals and lose weight.
