I had guy problems about 2 months ago and was 111 6 weeks ago now im 121 ive been over snacking mindless eating (emotional). Cause of all the emotional eating am I probably over long period of time retaining water? Cause 10 lbs seems like so much in 6 weeks
Since I have been eating bad like snacking on carby ice cream chips etc I feel period bloated all the time. Im scared my weight wont go down.

Your weight will go down when you eat at a calorie deficit. This is a scientific fact. No need to be scared.
But first, how tall are you? It might be that your weight doesn't need to go down.
Second, a pound of fat = 3500 calories. That means you would have to overeat by 3500 calories to gain a pound of fat, and you would have to eat 3500 calories less than you burn to lose a pound of fat (or 500 calories per day under, to lose a pound in a week). 10 pounds would be 35,000 calories. Divided by 6 weeks = 5833 per week, or 833 per day. Do you think, on average, you really ate that much OVER what you would normally eat?
Third, likely you did gain a few pounds of fat, plus a few pounds of water. All you have to do to reverse that is to keep a reasonable calorie deficit until you get back to your goal.
Fourth, just a though, but gaining 10 pounds should cause a little concern, or consternation, but not fear. Try to keep a healthy relationship with food, and not fall into disordered thinking. Weight fluctuates. It will continue to do so to some degree your whole life. It's really not such a horrible thing as long as you don't let it get out of hand.0 -
