Hey im Rebekah and im new here,
just looking for any tips on loosing weight or enjoyable exercise for someone who hasn't got the money for the gym or health shop food.
Because of my familys money&home troubles we get Chinese food most nights (I get noodles) just seeing if any one has any tips or anything for me :)

    walking or running are free, apps like couch to 5k are meant to be good I personally use youtube fab exercise routines and programmes are free. as for weight loss eat at calorie deficit , for well being drink tons of water and exercise.

    hi Rebekah! welcome to the website! I recommend going for an hour walk everyday! it's relaxing and enjoyable. I hate jogging, but going for walks in a park is something I love to do! even better if you go with a friend! :)
