Motivate by the overwhelming feeling of being stiff & sluggish, and having lots of aches (inflammation) from all the carbs I ate last weekend. Ugh. This morning, I played racquetball and got back on my regiment of low carb/high protein foods.

why not, xmas is always a difficult time to keep to a healthy eating plan...I have been doing well for almost two months now but I know that xmas day and boxing day will be not the best in my house as I am cooking a big xmas turkey dinner and having some of our friends over....but I plan on being a good boy outside of those two days so hopefully this can help keep me accountable
