Struggles or successes of the week: I am struggling with getting back on track and staying away from the sugar. My goal this week is to curb the sugar addiction and to begin my walking again. Still plan to attend water aerobics at least twice this week but I also want to walk during the day at least twice also. On the days I don't do water aerobics I want to walk on my treadmill in the evening for at least 30 minutes. Goal is 5 workouts this week.0 -

Struggles or successes of the week: Success and struggle is that I've decided to give up alcohol for good. I've resolved to do this before but this time I think I'm ready. It is standing in the way of all that I want to acheive.0 -

Struggles or successes of the week:
Struggles: Work travel for almost a month straight and then hosting Thanksgiving with my whole family visiting.
Successes: I got back into my yoga routine last night and this morning. Also, I cooked THE BEST Thanksgiving dinner ever in my family. I know maybe doesn't sound like a success, but if I'm going to eat all those calories, I want them to be GOOD.0 -

Struggles/successes: Finals, my birthday, FINALS, holidays, and finals. Yep. Having a goal to work towards helps keep me focused though, and exercise will be good for reducing stress during December. Just bought a ton of fruits and veggies, so we'll see how week 1 goes. Good luck everyone!
