    Struggles or successes of the week: Thanksgiving food and cookies. Hoping to lose my last few pounds by Christmas... I know some of that 129.9 is water weight from the holiday weekend, considering I was 4 lbs less a week ago.

    Motivate by the overwhelming feeling of being stiff & sluggish, and having lots of aches (inflammation) from all the carbs I ate last weekend. Ugh. This morning, I played racquetball and got back on my regiment of low carb/high protein foods.

    why not, xmas is always a difficult time to keep to a healthy eating plan...I have been doing well for almost two months now but I know that xmas day and boxing day will be not the best in my house as I am cooking a big xmas turkey dinner and having some of our friends over....but I plan on being a good boy outside of those two days so hopefully this can help keep me accountable :smile:

    Struggles or successes of the week: Track all foods! I do this great for breakfast and lunch but then fall apart (binge) at dinner through bedtime. I need to stop this!

    Struggles or successes of the week: I am struggling with getting back on track and staying away from the sugar. My goal this week is to curb the sugar addiction and to begin my walking again. Still plan to attend water aerobics at least twice this week but I also want to walk during the day at least twice also. On the days I don't do water aerobics I want to walk on my treadmill in the evening for at least 30 minutes. Goal is 5 workouts this week.

    Struggles or successes of the week:

    Struggles: Work travel for almost a month straight and then hosting Thanksgiving with my whole family visiting.
    Successes: I got back into my yoga routine last night and this morning. Also, I cooked THE BEST Thanksgiving dinner ever in my family. I know maybe doesn't sound like a success, but if I'm going to eat all those calories, I want them to be GOOD.
