I'm love HIIT, at least 4 days a week. I used to do Insanity and then I started doing Fitness Blender workouts. I've recently picked up running as my go to form of exercise but I sneak in some Fitness Blender here and there. My runs are always HIIT.0

I've had a lot of trouble keeping up with calorie counting over the years, and would love to surround myself with new motivated friends.
The good thing about me is that I keep trying. I love the quote: "No matter how many mistakes you make or how slow your progress, you are still way ahead of everyone who isn’t trying." ... but I would love to rev up my speed of progress and also make sure that health truly becomes and remains a priority for the rest of my life.

Been pretty active on MFP now for about 7 months and done very well! But still have a long way to go. Looking for friends who are active and into mutual encouragement and motivation.
