Struggles or successes of the week:
Struggles: Work travel for almost a month straight and then hosting Thanksgiving with my whole family visiting.
Successes: I got back into my yoga routine last night and this morning. Also, I cooked THE BEST Thanksgiving dinner ever in my family. I know maybe doesn't sound like a success, but if I'm going to eat all those calories, I want them to be GOOD.

Struggles or successes of the week: Since a week hasn't gone by yet, I'm going to predict my anticipated sturggle and try to avoid it. I enjoy drinking beer way too much, too many calories. This is my struggle, but I will call it my success if I don't have any beer until Saturday (when I watch the Dolphins play the Colts, go Dolphins!) and only Saturday.

This is my first time posting and this challenge may be just what I need to get through the holidays. Essentially I would be happy to not gain any weight this month. I gained 3 lbs. since Thanksgiving so I would like to lose that and would be thrilled if I could lose another lb. It has been very slow, but steady for the past 3 months.

Struggles or successes of the week: I'm getting back into the gym routine and loving it! The biggest struggle this week is that I'm not adding milk to my coffee and I've never before been able to drink coffee sans milk. My nutritionist has me on a lower-than-usual carb plan this week so I'm skipping the milk.0 -
