    Struggles of the week: I haven't been drinking enough water. Want to up my water intake this week. Also been indulging more than normal: hot cocoa (real hot cocoa with fresh shaved chocolate and marshmallows and milk - was so good) and a chocolate bar yesterday (went to this shop that does make your own chocolate bar: got dark chocolate with pop rocks and pumpkin spice chocolate chips and expresso beans and coffee cream - was not as worth it as the hot cocoa).

    Successes of the week: Made it up to Day 6 of 30 Day Shred. :)

    Struggles or successes of the week: Struggling with working out. I have the time to do it I am just fat and lazy and cannot seem to get motivation to do it. I don't have a problem at all with staying within my calories its just the working out that I cant get into.

    Success: I worked out as much as possible, watched what I ate, and ate more natural/non-processed food.
    Struggle: Exercising and eating around my school schedule (b/c of finals, it was weird). Ate a lot of unhealthy/high calorie foods while hanging out with friends over the weekend.

    Struggles or success of the week (12/8): I finished my half marathon on Sunday with a good time (its about a 20 minute improvement) at 2 hrs and 24 minutes. However, the WATER WEIGHT gain is ridiculous!! I think I need to do my hard cardio running days NOT the day prior to a weigh-in...lol! On a happy note, I got my P90X3 in the mail today. Pretty psyched out and can't wait to put my body in more pain and agony!! :p>:)

    Struggles: Holiday fooooood~ Morning drive to work, passing 3 Dunkin Donuts :( I always get breakfast and coffee every morning. The weekends are a huge struggle because I'm usually home and the BF is at work, so I can eat whenever/whatever. :/

    I *just* saw this thread today 12/8/14 so for me it'll be a 3-week challenge; I hadn't really set a goal so this is great! That being said, I must be realistic given Christmas. Over Thanksgiving I gained a whopping 6 pounds! :( So I've yet to lose that weight and then combining Christmas and parties with that, I'm unsure what's achievable... So I'm going to shoot for a 4 lb loss.

    I have lost 36 pounds so far. My journey started on October 21, 2014 with 271 pounds. As of today I weight 235. My goal by the end of the year is to weight 225. My final goal is to weight 165 by the end of June 2015.

    Struggles or successes of the week: Since I haven't been feeling well, it's been a struggle to hit my calorie goal (I typically have the opposite problem and then some.) I'm hoping that I feel well enough this week to really eat healthy.

    Struggles or successes of the week:

    Struggles: I totally forgot to weigh yesterday morning before breakfast so here I am! I had a lot of struggles this week: two cheat days and not a lot of motivation to exercise. Going to fix that this week! Also, I need to tone down the salt intake BIG TIME! I'm retaining water like a crazy person.

    Successes: I REALLY didn't want to exercise on Saturday, but I ended up going to the gym late and pumping one out and I felt super good afterward.

    Successes of the week: My boyfriend has really begun to embrace my lifestyle and is being very mindful of the food he brings into the house. He comes grocery shopping with me and has begun asking questions about some of the decisions I make.

    Struggles of the week: Sooooo many sweets! First there were cupcakes.... Now there's chocolate-covered everything.... Plus, my co-worker has a candy jar and she tells me (personally) every time she refills it and what she fills it with. Learning how to balance temptation with a small treat here and there is a tricky concept.

    Struggles or successes of the week: Last week I worked 9 days straight so I was too exhausted to work out, plus I got a cold about half way through that I'm still struggling with and I feel extremely weak.

    Struggles: I was sick and was told not to exercise for 5 days so that was a set back but got back to the gym Monday 12/8!! I stayed under calorie goal all week.

    Hi I am currently down 95 lbs and really hoping to hit 100 down before the end of the year. SUCCESS: I spent most of November down due to injury and illness, and didn't gain weight. :)

    Struggles/Successes of the week: Period bloat, so I'm not too concerned about only losing a half pound. I expect to go down a pound or so within the next few days, because I've been tracking accurately and constantly, even though the PMS craving was so hard. But i did it =D
