    Although I am close to my goal for the month at this point, I know the holiday challenges are looming ahead of me, so if I just lose the pound for the month I will be happy. Four events this week to challenge me.

    Struggles or successes of the week:
    Successes: Besides the obvious of almost losing the Thanksgiving weight...I came in 2nd on a Fitbit walking challenge for the week and averaged over 10,000 steps every day. Thank you Fitbit Friends!!
    Struggles: Gave in to the chocolate cake and ice cream...oh well...

    successes of the week: this is my second time using MFP, and i logged every day for the full week accurately and am ecstatic to see it pay off, even in the form of just two pounds. it's enough to keep me going this week too!

    struggles of the week: i had chipotle once this week, though not the worst fast food one could eat. and i have to say that i did not eat nearly enough green veggies.

    Struggles or successes of the week 12/8: I have been sick with the flu bug since Nov 26, So my work outs have been tough. Coughing through them, but not giving them my full 100%. I am getting a bit better, so hitting the gym tonight. Have not been eating alot due to not feeling well. Lets hope this week will get better :)

    Struggles this week: I had a few bagels throughout the week.
    Successes this week: I worked out 5 days in a row including two 2-a-days!

    This week I hope to workout 5 days in a row again and cut my calories from 1250 to 1200.

    I'm back to using MFP and logging in daily! I lost 2 pounds, too and def. feel more motivated since I see some results!

    Struggles or successes of the week:
    Last week was successful. I followed my work out schedule exactly. I had a few days in which I went over calories, but not by much. I didn't track my food this weekend, but I also didn't go crazy eating and drinking beer with football. I lost my Thanksgiving weight! I weigh one pound less than the day before Thanksgiving.

    -Absolute worst week of eating/working out. TOM surprised me and here we are today. Loads of sugar and fatty cheese cravings later. Anyway, today's a new day, new week. Onwards and upwards.

    Struggles or successes of the week: This is the first week of this challenge. My goal is to maintain a daily average of over 10,000 steps.
    I did 10,000+ steps every day last week. I am so proud of myself!!! I plan on doing the exact same thing this week. Wish me luck!!!

    Struggles or successes of the week: My husband continuously wants to stop and eat dinner on the way home from work (we work together) and he usually wants Mexican food...which I love. I hope I made a statement this week when I sat across from him, drinking my iced tea with lemon ... and watched him eat. Also, he constantly goes to the grocery store and fills our fridge and pantry with bad foods. He also sits next to me on the couch and eats ice cream every night. --- but then when I go to eat something I shouldn't he "supports" me by reminding me I shouldn't be having that. So, yeah, my struggle is and will always be lack of support at home. You guys are it!

    Struggles or successes of the week: Struggles: I had beer on Friday and Saturday, I was only planning on drinking on Saturday, but still managed to lose. Successes: I acutally jogged for 20 mins, which I haven't done for quite a while and I tracked ever day!

    Struggles or success of the week: I logged in under my caloric goal each day, even if only by a few. Not too many struggles. It's interesting at my house, because I'm eating at a deficit to lose weight, and my husband is racking to gain/train for his marathon. We're both tracking, which makes it easier for me to continue to log; he's just running on 3,000-4,000 calories a day, depending on his running schedule, while I'm at half that!
