Struggles: Working out... it's not happening, but I really need to.
Successes: I've been eating fairly well and remembering to pack healthy lunches for work! The scale didn't move much, but it at least went in the right direction!0 -

Struggles or successes of the week: I've been under my calorie goal every day, but as of today (12/10 - a few days behind again, sorry) I'm up at 195.6. I can't seem to stay away from the 196 area, despite strictly counting my calories. I think a migraine earlier in the week that kept me in my bed and literally had me walking just 600 steps that day was part of the problem. I'm determined to find a way to fit even some light exercise into my daily schedule! I took a 3 mile walk on Sunday and felt great - need to work in more of those!0 -
12/8 204.6 Two dates late but I did not wanted to let you guys down 206 Initial weight, so thats 1.4 lb one week of cardio workout 3 days a week. 1500-1800 calories per day.

Struggles or successes of the week: I am having some terrible PMS/female hormone related bloating and cramps. I have started dating a guy and I feel somewhat tense about eating a lot of restaurant food. Success is having a period-related bounce up in weight yesterday and today (5 pounds!!) and not freaking out about it. I'm just keeping calm and staying on track. Also, my mom, dad and best friend have all begun low carb with me and they've all lost weight!0 -

12/08: Thanksgiving completely de-railed me and I am addicted to sugar again, which makes me hungry all the time.
Update: It took me 2 weeks to get back on track but I lost the 2lbs. I gained over Thanksgiving and am ready to keep going!

Hi all, I'd like to join even though it''s mid-stream. I badly need the motivation and I know how much support can help. I lost 40 lbs last year but gained 18 back. Last week I got news from the doctor that this is no longer a "nice to do" or "should do" but rather a "have to do". You sound like a terrific group and I'm jumping in.

Struggles or successes of the week: Between working long hours at work, eating take-out, and no time to work out, its been a rough week!! Im actually ready for the holidays to be over- then no more tempting food!! O and yeah freaking PMS bloat! Ugh!!! Def makes it much more difficult for woman to loose weight!!0 -

Struggles or successes of the week: Successes: I worked out 90 minute twice this week at PT, plus worked out at home. I managed to eat out and stayed within my calorie allotment. Struggle: I had one evening where I wanted to binge, but I didn't. I reminded myself that I didn't want to stay awake all night with acid reflux.0 -

Hi! It's great to hear how everyone is doing. I am excited my jeans were actually loose on me. Can't wait to get into my other smaller sized clothes again. Weigh-in tomorrow, always makes me nervous. Had a only 3pcs of the appetizers last night and an Irish coffee...0

-Much better week in terms of eating. Overdid on a few days but it's fine. Less exercise this week, will pick it up starting today. Officially need 2 more pounds to be under 160 for Christmas. That's the goal. So pumped. Onwards and upwards.

Struggles of the week: Still dealing with hormone-related water retention. Trying to remain positive with no losses (small gain) to show for the past week. Keeping calm and moving on, and hoping for a whoosh soon.
Successes: Buying size 11 work pants! I started in a size 22. Pretty happy to be able to fit 5 sizes smaller pants. Also, I lost about an inch from my waist in the past month.0 -
Sounds like this will make me accountable and I sure need that. I'm in!

Struggles of the week: Been busy and not been able to get in as much walking as I would like.
Successes of the week: Upped my water intake like I wanted. Made it to day 9 of 30 day shred. Was so happy because my weight was stalled at the same spot for what felt like forever (but was in reality only nearly two weeks) and this week finally started moving down again.
