    Small success this week, passing the chip aisle without making a purchase at the grocery store!

    Struggles are the same every week, snacking because I am lazy and don't eat nearly enough protein (not a fan of most protein rich foods) and end up not realizing how hungry I am until I'm starved and need to eat something right away, which usually means nothing that I need to prepare and therefore nothing good for me!

    Struggles or successes of the week: I feel good about just maintaining over Thanksgiving holidays! My struggle lies in getting below 200. Got down to 198 a couple of weeks ago but only lasted a couple of days. Currently on a plateau, so maybe this challenge is what I need to kick-start again. Feeling pumped!

    Struggles or successes of the week: I signed up for the gym last Thursday for the first time in 15 years but have not been able to get there for lack of support and obstacles in the way. Short term goal is to get there tomorrow as soon as I pick my kids up from school so there is no distraction.

    Struggles or successes of the week: I have a celebratory luncheon on Thursday and I am sure there will be a yummy looking dessert there. Will plan ahead and make good choices. Unable to work out how I am used to, but did do upper body weights today. Will plan to alternate weights and core.

    I started walking. It's slow as I have a bad ankle. But figure something is better than nothing. Husband says I smell like ketosis breath Hurrah? And I am dying for some cookies (but haven't bothered to figure out a wheat free version yet <--wheat allergy. 11 days gluten free)

    Struggles or successes of the week: I've been super sick/fatigued the past few weeks and it's putting a damper on my motivation. Losing weight Thanksgiving week boosted that a bit. Have a great week, folks!

    Struggles or successes of the week:

    Struggles: Work travel for almost a month straight and then hosting Thanksgiving with my whole family visiting.
    Successes: I got back into my yoga routine last night and this morning. Also, I cooked THE BEST Thanksgiving dinner ever in my family. I know maybe doesn't sound like a success, but if I'm going to eat all those calories, I want them to be GOOD.

    Struggles or successes of the week: Since a week hasn't gone by yet, I'm going to predict my anticipated sturggle and try to avoid it. I enjoy drinking beer way too much, too many calories. This is my struggle, but I will call it my success if I don't have any beer until Saturday (when I watch the Dolphins play the Colts, go Dolphins!) and only Saturday.

    This is my first time posting and this challenge may be just what I need to get through the holidays. Essentially I would be happy to not gain any weight this month. I gained 3 lbs. since Thanksgiving so I would like to lose that and would be thrilled if I could lose another lb. It has been very slow, but steady for the past 3 months.

    Struggles or successes of the week: I'm getting back into the gym routine and loving it! The biggest struggle this week is that I'm not adding milk to my coffee and I've never before been able to drink coffee sans milk. My nutritionist has me on a lower-than-usual carb plan this week so I'm skipping the milk.

    Success: I'm back to running, lifting, etc. Loving it, I feel 100x better already!

    Struggle: Staying away from high calorie snacks with added sweeteners (like hot cocoa, and cookies).
