Mine is to have ZERO SODA! and workout at least Twice a Week :)

    I hope to be down 10 lbs by the end of the month. I have an ongoing goal of getting at least 30 min of exercise 5 days a week, so that also goes for December.

    10k steps everyday.

    The rain today is already making that hard. I am going dancing tonight, but that doesn't log many steps on my wristband, so I may have to go to the gym and hit the treadmill if I don't hit 5k soon.

    Longshot, drop below 190.

    Realistic, work out at least five days a week, including on Christmas, and 8 cups of water every day.

    To get back to my 5 day per week strength training I have been neglecting.
  • I want to lose at least 4 lbs to get me to 135 and 10 lbs away from goal and to start back with insanity.

    Great everyone. I would also like to be 10lbs lighter by my 31st birthday In January... Water is a tough one for me but im trying to do it. I need to get back into Insanity But first I want to build up some endurance last time I only lasted 10 days

    Things for december:
    Master the rowing machine.
    Finish my swimming lessons being able to swim 2 lengths front crawl ( I did it backstroke last week!)
    Get a consistent routine going with my body weight/ hand weight exercises.

    I will be happy with 2 out of 3, just can't decide which are most important to me. I think the body strength training will have to be in there somewhere though (getting old got to try to preserve what I've got).

    I would like to be in the upper 130's, seems I have been hovering around 141 for a week now. I would also like to exercise at home more, I usually just work out at the gym 2 days a week plus track my eating and walking.

  • There are a few: Track every single day, goof or bad just track. 180 minutes of exercise weekly. Be out of 240's which means loosing close to 10 pounds this month (that's Ideal) realistically? drop 6

    I had hoped to be able to fit into this dress for a holiday party (which I have hanging in my closet, so it gives me the stare down everyday) however I am about 30 over the goal so onward as they say, if I can do 6 to 10 pounds for December I will be quite happy.
    I will motivate you all if you will motivate me :)

    I love that we are all here to motivate each other. I also like that you guys said to track everything I need to do better getting on MFP everyday :)
