30 day shred

I am starting today for whoever wants to join in! I am making it a goal to do it everyday for 6 days straight and keep it up throughout May!. My hubby said I shouldnt do it cause I still have weight to lose......wonder if he is right?

    I started the shred at 242 lbs! I did 2 rounds and now started ripped in 30 (I am on week 3). I now weight 214lbs. I say ignore your husband and shred it out with Jillian!

    Jillian is amazing! I am on Day 11 of the shred today so will be doing day 1 of level 2 tonight after work. It is really tough but you see results. I have lost and inch off my waist, an inch and a half off my hips, an inch off my bust and an inch and a half off each leg!

    She works you hard but you get results. :)

    I agree with Melissa. I started at 202lb, have not lost much weight but I dont eat as well as I should. I have lost over 12 inches from doing the shred. First time I only did it 4 days a week and now I go for at least 5-6 if I can. Good Luck to you!! Can't wait to see your results in 30 days :)

    It's a really good workout! I love it~started it Sat. and plan to do it when I can between my other DVD's and along with running. I like it because it is only 20 minutes-so it's so much easier to fit into a busy day. Plus, you get your butt kicked in those 20 minutes! I would think you could do it at any weight!! -->You can do it! Good luck! :)

    I am definitely in. I plan on going every day though, not taking a break. On my "rest" days, I am only going to do 30 day shred.

    I am currently doing it. I did 6 days straight. So in my head, instead of 30 days, I will take Sundays off, and add the days in. I just dont like that I do the same thing everyday. But I am doing this as well as going to the gym. I have over 60 pounds in which I still have to lose, so it is your decision. Listen to your heart and your body.

    GOOD LUCK ON YOUR SHRED JOURNEY....MY LAST DAY OF MY 30 DAY SHRED IS FRIDAY 5/6 AND I WENT FROM 208 TO 191...THATS 17 FREAKIN POUNDS....I LOVE JILLIAN SHE IS NO NONSENSE!!! YOU ALL WILL DO GREAT!!! :flowerforyou: :bigsmile:

    I'm on day two, yesterday and today I had to take a 10 second breather in amongst the cardio bit, my aim is to make it straight through tomrorow! It's tough going!
