    I hope to be down 10 lbs by the end of the month. I have an ongoing goal of getting at least 30 min of exercise 5 days a week, so that also goes for December.

    10k steps everyday.

    The rain today is already making that hard. I am going dancing tonight, but that doesn't log many steps on my wristband, so I may have to go to the gym and hit the treadmill if I don't hit 5k soon.

    Realistic, work out at least five days a week, including on Christmas, and 8 cups of water every day.

    Great everyone. I would also like to be 10lbs lighter by my 31st birthday In January... Water is a tough one for me but im trying to do it. I need to get back into Insanity But first I want to build up some endurance last time I only lasted 10 days

    I'm currently doing 30 day shred to get ready for insanity. I did the same thing last time too.

    Things for december:
    Master the rowing machine.
    Finish my swimming lessons being able to swim 2 lengths front crawl ( I did it backstroke last week!)
    Get a consistent routine going with my body weight/ hand weight exercises.

    I will be happy with 2 out of 3, just can't decide which are most important to me. I think the body strength training will have to be in there somewhere though (getting old got to try to preserve what I've got).

    I would like to be in the upper 130's, seems I have been hovering around 141 for a week now. I would also like to exercise at home more, I usually just work out at the gym 2 days a week plus track my eating and walking.
