I hope to be down 10 lbs by the end of the month. I have an ongoing goal of getting at least 30 min of exercise 5 days a week, so that also goes for December.0

10k steps everyday.
The rain today is already making that hard. I am going dancing tonight, but that doesn't log many steps on my wristband, so I may have to go to the gym and hit the treadmill if I don't hit 5k soon.0 -
To finish my squat and plank challenges that I'm doing0

Great everyone. I would also like to be 10lbs lighter by my 31st birthday In January... Water is a tough one for me but im trying to do it. I need to get back into Insanity But first I want to build up some endurance last time I only lasted 10 days0

I'm currently doing 30 day shred to get ready for insanity. I did the same thing last time too.

I'd like to be able to bump my time up on the elliptical from 30 min to 45 min0

Things for december:
Master the rowing machine.
Finish my swimming lessons being able to swim 2 lengths front crawl ( I did it backstroke last week!)
Get a consistent routine going with my body weight/ hand weight exercises.
I will be happy with 2 out of 3, just can't decide which are most important to me. I think the body strength training will have to be in there somewhere though (getting old got to try to preserve what I've got).
