For me its butter on my toast and chips are my demon.
Very bad demon.

    Strawberry-flavored hard candy with jelly filling. There are tons of them in the office I share at work, and I can't stop myself.

    I'm a snacker, so I don't buy "bad" snacks: candy, chocolate, cupcakes, chips, etc. My MIL has been visiting for the past week and all the above has made it's way into the house, i can't stop! :sad:

    sugar in my coffee....HAVE to have it. I tried Truvia this weekend and the taste was in my mouth all day. It was truly an abomination!

    I have to have this at least 2 times a month.

    Mango habanero sauce from Buffalo Wild Wings...although I DO put it on grilled chicken tenders...

    Also, I lean too heavily on protein powder and protein bars out of convenience...like taso said...

    Some sweets....I need em I sweaar. For the butter on your toast try one of the no cal spray butters, that's what I do and a Simply Fruit with it.
