I started this last fall but fell off the wagon quickly. This time I'm in....ALL in. I just read a book called "The Compound Effect" by Darren Hardy....owner of Success Magazine and my one take-away is that the most important thing to do is "keep at it". Results are slow but compounded over time, results will show!

I'm excited about this and am looking for "like-minded" friends on this site as well as in the North Scottsdale area to help support each other.

Hopefully I can get a couple friends from this post so the "You have no friends" label can be removed from my profile. :smile:
