Lose 7lb (maybe a bit ambitious)
Stick to my exercise plan
Drink loads of water and green tea
Stay off take aways
No Coca Cola
Stick to my lunch plan and avoid the pub / Chinese buffet!

Begin to run outside more
Sign up for either 5 or 10k to participate in
