I signed up for MFP and decided to take back my health and my life! and I also lost 8 lbs in the process of doing so!

Lost 7 lbs
Lost 9.5 inches all the way round
Stopped drinking Diet Cokes
Stopped eating Fast Food

~Started measuring myself instead of just weighing (-4.75 inches all over in one week!!)
~Completed 4 weeks out of my 9 week workout program

I accomplished NOTHING in April. (having to do with my weight) I changed my diet plan hoping for better results.....didn't happen. Have lost my motivation. Here's hoping that May will be better.0

- Got injured for the first 2 weeks,then got right back up and made the best of the last 2 weeks.
- Started the JM Shred,its really helping my flexibility
- Added speed to my interval treadmill running,can now handle 7mph walk/run sequences...lol
- Lost 3.4 pounds.
- Didn't eat any chocolate for Easter
- Greatly improved my stamina and wellbeing.0 -
I didn't really keep track of April, but I just joined MFP on March 16. Lost 18 pounds since then, and consistently make my exercise goal for the week (200 minutes), and usually under calorie goal. Energy level is terrific!0

I started and finished my First month of Insanity!!!!
Lost 4 pounds
Worked off 2 1/2" from my waist and 2 1/4" from my belt line0 -
Completed 1st month of ChaLEAN Extreme.
Lost 6lbs and 7 in.
Burned 25,631 calories in April vs 7,214 calories burned in March
Worked out 29 of 30 days vs. 14 days in March0 -
Lost 12 lbs
Can fit into jeans I couldn't for over 3 years (why do we hold onto things like that?)
dropped below 180 lbs (which was technically today, but i am counting it)
Have found a calorie goal that works for me and my breastfeeding.
finished week 3 of c25k... i can't believe how my endurance has increased.0 -
I bought capri pants in the same size I wore back in high school, which is six sizes smaller than what I wore at my heaviest weight.
I also started incorporating running into my walking routine at the gym. Can't do it for very long, but it's a start.0 -
1. Walked 61.5 miles (my goal for the month was 30!)
2. Lost 15lbs
3. Fit into a size 18 pair of shorts I still had from a couple of years ago (still a little tight, but last summer I couldn't even button them)
4. Didn't drink any energy drinks all month! (used to drink 2 or 3 a day)0 -
I decided to start taking weight loss a little bit more seriously... summer's coming! Honestly I've been leaving and coming back to this site for months now but I finally decided to get on board and get going! I did manage to lose a few pounds too.0
