Hello Everyone!
I'm Danielle and I'm new here. I am 36 and the Mom of 2 boys, 2 & 4...with one more due 7/5. I gained quite a bit of weight with my first son and was just starting to take it off when I got pregnant with my second son. Needless to say, I packed on more weight and I just never took it all off. I work full time and with the 2 boys, I was full of excuses as to why I never made it to the gym. Now, going into my 3rd pregnancy I know I need to really watch myself. I obviously know now is not the time to diet but I'm trying to make better choices and be more active. I'm hoping starting to log what I eat daily will help me stay accountable and be mindful of what I'm putting in my body. I really hate how I've let myself get this way and I know I need to change things. I have a nutritionist appt scheduled and have been doing some pregnancy work out videos. If anyone has any experience with this please let me know. Congrats to many of you on your weight-loss success...I hope to follow in your footsteps eventually!

I don't have personal experience but what I do have is regret. I used my 4 pregnancies as a free pass to eat whatever I wanted and that meant that I kept on weight each time, getting bigger and bigger. If I was to do it all over again (which I am not!) I would have worked out and watched what I ate. One of my CG trainers is pregnant and she still works out and looks amazing! Two other trainers worked out all through their pregnancies and had lost all they weight in just 2-3 months post baby. Good luck to you!0

I'll be 34 weeks tomorrow and I log everyday. As of this morning I'm at about 18 lbs gained... whereas I gained 45 lbs with my first child... bug difference. It's all about making conscious decisions, sticking to your goals and keeping active.0
