What food items (healthy or not) do you always keep stocked at home?

I was asked the other day what "natural" foods were in my pantry. I carefully omitted any that might be considered unnatural or manufactured. I've been thinking about that list so to be fair, here's the manufactured list.
Peanut butter, jam (for hubby) rice-a-roni (hubby's a fan), one Kraft dinner, Mio variants, Hamburger Helper (for those days I just...can't), Miso soup, cup-a-soup, canned stewed tomatoes, tomato paste, canned soups (low-sodium), chicken broth, cookies (for hubby) beef broth, energy bars, Cheerios, Dragon's Blend cereal, Corn Flakes, brown sugar blend, smallest -available-bag-of-white-sugar-when-nothing-else-will-do, garlic cloves, and Becel Canola oil for frying.
In the fridge my staples are eggs (always!), milk (1%), Becel margarine, egg white in a carton, yogurt, cottage cheese, lemon juice, lime juice, ginger, soy sauce, hot sauce, onion, garlic ham sausage, and tofu. Other fruits and veggies change from week to week depending on what is in season.
My freezer has my light old cheddar pre-portioned, various meats, edamame with other frozen vegetables, and my bread.
