Picture on the bottom right is me at 410 lbs.. chillin with Phil Margera lol. Bottom left picture is a selfie from my first 5k around 380 lbs.. Top picture is current, 320 lbs. I started counting calories in January. 90 lbs lost so far, went from pant size 26/28 to 22/20. Shirt size from 5XL to 2/3XL. Confidence and self esteem, immeasurable.
