Yes I am back one week later. Week one lost almost 16. Week 2 lost 5 and that is when I joined MFP. Week 3 lost 5. Last week which was week 4 lost 7. I started at 337 and now presently 305. I am going for 100 pounds lost total which would put me at 237. I am a former college football player. Two years ago I lost 40 pounds and gained all of it back plus more! This time I am looking to keep it off for good. I know this is the beginning stages and these bog losses will not keep happening. I am a big believer in maximizing all efforts. I do two hours in the gym everyday except sunday, I do 1 hour. I put myself in two basketball leagues and I have been not just staying under calorie goal but at least 600 calories under. Yes 11 to 15 cups of water a day. In fact that almost the only thing i drink. No beer or alcohol. Some I used to love my beer...lol. There are no secrets people. Nothing special I do. It is all on my exercise and food diaries! You can do it, copy it, and look at my recipies! I also wanna thank all how friended me on here and that has given me support. That also is a big help to my losses on my weekly weigh-ins. Check out my day 1 and end of week four pics on my profile. I would have put them right here but have no clue how to...lol. Bye!

Great Job! I love seeing people do it the natural way with cutting calories and exercise. No crazy fad diets, or diet pill just hard work and determination.
