Wellllllll ive been dealing with anorexia for a while now

Feb 2013-nov 2013 I dropped from 118 (highest weight ever) to 80 lb... I decided not 2013 that I needed to recover or else I'd probably face death...

So between nov 2013-March 2014 I gained to about 113... Only to get back down to 105ish and now maintaining Bout 107

I still count calories & still over exercise, but lately I have been binge eating & I believe it's because my body "wants" to gain weight...

Idk if I should keep trying to maintain or just give in, stop counting, and gain...

Oh btw I'm 5'4 and 24 years old

Of course your body wants to gain, it wants you to live. I hope you are seeing a professional for help if not then please do. Hope all goes well.
  • my advice is if your a healthy weight, stop counting and just eat healthy food, if you feel like binging, binge on salad, nuts, berries, fruit, oats you will feel a lot better afterwards :)
