Apparently my scale at home is three pounds off from the doctors scales and my workout scales from work, so I'm going to assume they're right, meaning my starting weight was different then posted before, but whichever one is counted doesn't matter to me.

After my husband insisting that I had not gained 8lbs over the weekend and reading other posts about digital scales (importance of weighing in the same area each time/level floor). I decided to re-weigh in...in my bathroom where I usually weigh and without clothes.This time my hubby snapped pic for me. Outcome: my weight stayed the same despite my bad weekend. I'm reposting my pic:

Walked a lot at work, but didn't count steps
I have lost overall, but I did gain in the past week. Didn't eat right or exercise due to long work hours, state surveyors arrived for a two day survey, travelled out of state, and husband got sick and had to go to ER. Just a really bad week. Now ready for a new week!0 -

Because I don't drink fizzy drinks, I'm going to set my mini goal as not drinking any Tropicana juice because I am so bad for that. Everyone has done a fantastic job with weight loss for last week, keep it up!0

working on the pic of the scale. I weight at work using the warehouse scale. It's the most accurate scale I have but don't want all the guys watching me take a pic of it. Will post asap.0 -

If this works, it's because I put the "open tag" for an image ([img]) before the URL (http://i1203.photobucket.com/albums/bb400/ltarlton/2011-05-02_191200.jpg) and the "close image tag" ([/img]) after it. There should be no spaces and "img" must be in lower case letters.
