24 hour challenge - December

Looks like no one else has gotten this going yet for December, so here it is!

The challenge is to exercise a total of 24 hours in the month of December. Let's keep active and avoid those holiday pounds!

    Dec. 1 - 50 minutes, brisk walking (too sick for a good workout :\ )
    Dec. 2 - 70 minutes, brisk walking
