I am posting in here bc I have fallen off the wagon in terms of healthy eating and exercise for ~1 month. I have been pigging out, not working out, and just being lazy overall.
Tmrw I vow to start over. My clothes don't fit. My skin is greasy. My stomach always hurts.
I hate this. Tomorrow will be a rough day (the first day always is) but I am looking forward to it.
Any tips for staying on track?

My advice is to stop thinking of weight loss as a wagon that you can fall off of/get back on. It's all really your choice in this moment/at this meal. Having an off meal does not render all of your previous work obsolete. It just means for your next meal, you need to adjust accordingly.

Remember that feeling when you don't make healthy choices...clothes dont fit, skin is greasy, stomach always hurts.....let how good you do feel when you make healthy choices be your own motivator.0
