hello, I have been everything from a size 16 (pushing my way out of it, actually) to a size 8. Was able to do it on my own when I was in my twenties. But now, not so much. I used the 'points system' last time (2004) and got down to an 8 (lost 60 lbs). But life got in the way and I found about 30 of them. Would like to be a comfortable realistic weight, somewhere around a size 10. It may not be what is my IDEAL weight but I think it will work. I love the sight so far and being able to keep track on my phone leaves me no excuses. Here we go ....
