I'm not at goal yet but after 70 lbs, I felt like I could share some pics. The "before" pics are from October 2013 when I weighed 215 lbs. The "during" pics are from November 2014 (body shot) when I weighed 145 lbs and August 2014 (face shot) when I weighed 155 lbs. I am 5'3" with a goal of 130 lbs.
