    Hello everyone my name is Trudie. I am a mother of 2, my daughter is 10 and my son is 3 1/2. I am currently out of work due to spinal issues. I have lost a lot of weight & recently put some back on. I am looking to lose about 30 - 40 lbs. My goal right now is to lose 10lbs by the new year I started the week of Thanksgiving. have not gotten on the scale since then and I do not plan on getting on the scale until New Year's Day.     I have been pretty good so far since I set a new goal for Dec 1 to Dec 15. I am also doing the End of Dec Challenge to lose 5 lbs by end of month (forum in the MFP community)
