    Dec. 2 - 70 minutes, brisk walking
    Dec. 3 - off day (work)
    Dec. 4 - 90 minutes, brisk walking, elliptical, weights (feeling a bit better)
    Dec. 5 - 75 minutes
    Dec. 6 - 120 minutes

    Total to date: 6.75 hours
