For today, I will not have a bedtime snack. The kitchen is closed after dinner. This will be **so** hard for me. I love snacking while watching tv before bed.

Today is my work's holiday party, and I will only eat the grilled options and one empanada. (Will be avoiding fried eggplant, fried potatoes, fried calamari, bread, and buttery shrimp.)0

For today, I will not binge eat. I will think about my food as I eat it, and I will focus on my activities and not what meal is coming next.0

Love it. Thank you everyone for sharing. I really needed your shared commitment to make a small change for today to keep me accountable. Now, I may need to go to bed at 7pm to stick with it, but I will stick with it!!!!0

Today (and will try going forward) I will drink 2 glasses of water after I get home from the gym before pouring me my end-of-day reward: a relaxing cocktail. I find I feel much better overall if I over-hydrate before having any alcohol (even though it's a small amount).0
