    Looking for a few friends...anyone else trying to get healthy before getting pregnant? I'd like to lose around 50 lbs this year and start trying for a baby in Summer/Fall 2015

    I'm trying to lose my baby weight!! That's exactly what I did prior to getting pregnant. Toning/strengthening my core helped SO MUCH. I didn't even really have a bump until I was 6 1/2 months prego!

    Hey,

    I would love some more friends as I only know family members that use it!

    Having been to the doctors on Monday and getting told I am in the Obese category for my BMI and I need to lose 17kgs (Roughly 3st) to get back to the top end of the healthy weight range I could really do with some support! :)
