Ricotta and Egg Very easy healthy breakfast

Hi every one just to put on here ricotta and egg is a 5 minute process
depends on how much you eat
Im going to right the recipe for 1 person serving
2 eggs
1 table spoon of ricotta
mix together in a bowl
use oil a tad of oil if you use spraying oil it will be better
pour egg and ricotta on pan and stir until cooked
side servings
tomato and cucumber

I just wrote mine up to day i didnt have 100 grams of ricotta but if you do it comes to 170 i had 50 grams so im guessing its half of it egg 2 serves is 700

i use the whole egg but its up to you i never tried it with just egg whites0

i used 2 eggs how ever i only ate half of it its very filling0
