Conquered "Boot Camp's" butt!

I have been scared to take a boot camp class at my gym for years now. Like seriously scared. I work out with a trainer one on one, but the group thing has always scared me. I was afraid of looking stupid in front of other people. Last night, however, I decided to go on my own after a friend who said she was going to go wasn't able to. I kicked this classes *kitten* and kept going when others had to break. At the end of the hour I was like "It's done??!". I was actually surprised by my own strength and endurance!!! Anyway, just thought I'd share this nsv with you all
