The only reason I put men only is because I relate better with men, considering I am a man lol.

That's a ridiculous statement to make.

Women say this sort of thing all the time. What about women only sections of the gym? Come on, we all relate to different people differently. The OP is asking for men's opinion

The best time is what is best for you. Many factors. When can you go? are you a morning or night owl? when is the least busy at the gym, etc.

Mornings to get away from the women who think its appropriate to grope/hook up.

They're swarming all over you, are they?

smh. I can hear your accent through the screen and it makes your comment even more grotesque.

I go early in the morning, for the reasons mentioned above. Additionally, I have found those who tend to frequent the gym early in the morning are there to exercise only and do not waste time chatting/ messing around with the machines/ weights.

4-6 hours after your last Viagra dose? Unless your intentions are different.

The best time is the time that you put aside for yourself and continue to go. I also find that the earlier in the day I plan to go, if something happens and can't get in at that time, that 99 percent of the time I will still be able to hit the gym after dinner and be able to get my work in for the day. I personally like my lunch break.

A more important question is: why are women so easy to troll?

For me personally I seem to be able to achieve what ever the goal is i'm working at the time if I workout prior to work. Maybe because I have things in my mind trying to pull me home if I workout afterwork. ( wife, kids ect ).

Because we are curious why the OP wants to find the optimal 'sausage party' time at the gym.

No it isn't, it's a personal statement. HE personally relates better with men. Nothing that's personal is ridiculous, I understand what you're saying though. The question isn't gender specific but hey ho!

@OP. Work out when you know you will work out, personally I suck at getting up in the mornings so I will do it at night after my tea.
