Just thought I would post my progress pics
40 lbs down from January 2014, I could have done a lot better if I was more focused but I have had a lot of slip ups, my goal is to lose 50 more pounds by December 2015. I am 5'7 and went from 252 lbs to 212 lbs. Started off by doing T25, then 21 day fix twice, then took up running, now I am mostly just lifting weights and doing Body Beast.

Good job! i have similar goals (5'7") Also started in January 2014,
I started at 261 pounds and now at 214 pounds.
I am going slow and steady. it is refreshing to see someone with the same goals as myself!
Good luck!0 -

Your fitness progress is truly impressive. Many skinny people cannot do what you do, so don't belittle your results. You are amazing and an inspiration to me0

Thanks girls
I have just been in a down mood lately, in October I was diagnosed with blood clots in my lungs and one in my leg, I couldn't workout for over a month and couldn't really do anything but sit around and eat. Now I am working myself up to working out at least 2 days a week. 0
