1st Day

Hi. Just wanted to introduce myself. Today will be day 2 of my new exercise/eating plan. I am working on the c25k ( couch to 5 K) as well as strength training/ cardio on my off days. I started a low calorie low carb diet as well. About a year and a half ago, I was on the right track for staying healthy... We relocated and all that hard work went down the tubes fast. It's been really hard to get back on track, but now that I am about to bust out of my new and only size 12 jeans- I think its time.

    Welcome.
    I'm trying to run 5K by the end of this month; I just began training myself. I don't think the couch to 5k is the right plan for m; but, I most definitely will be shuffling my way towards reaching my goal the entire month.

    Friend me and we can keep each other motivated.
