Hi
I've got a stone to lose, but am joining to support my daughter, who at 15 needs to watch what she eats before her weight becomes a problem. It's very difficult to strike the right balance with a teenager, so I'm hoping that if we just fill in our diaries, it will get things in to perspective!

That's a great idea, everyone on here that I've come across gives good sensible positive comments and advice. There are a lot of us who want to set good examples to our children as well. Good luck : )0
