Someone please give me a kick, was 20st joined MFP at around 15st lost 5 more and reached a nice 10st! Does my story end there? No of course not because I stupidly stopped planning meals and keeping a record and have put on nearly 4st (only 1pound off been 14st!). Why did I do it? So hard loosing it but its so easily put back on

you know what you need to do now right? Refocus, start logging again, and treat it as a journey without an end point
start setting yourself different goals - types of fitness, activities, trips that you are going to do as you go on this journey
good luck - don't kick yourself too hard, I'm pretty sure that the inflammation would lead to increased water weight as you repair the bruises0 -
You know what the cool part it? You already know what works because you've done it! Pick yourself up dust off your pants and git goin! Plus be sure to read what Rabbit shared up above.
Do you realize how far ahead of some you are??? Seriously... some turn around and leave the site, some don't know what you know, what works and what doesn't! You know what needs to be done...
So shake it off and start fresh right this moment!!
Proud of you for coming to the boards and asking for support!!!

You did what most people do - you changed your eating but you didn't change your habits. It happens.
Can I ask you what may seem to be a strange question? Did you enjoy the things you were doing while you were losing weight? If not and they were key to your success it is not really surprising that you didn't continue doing them over the long term. It's a classic dieting trap.
Concentrate on finding a way of eating and living that makes you happy and allows you to remain at a healthy weight. That may take some time and a bit of experimenting but it is worth the effort...0 -
Thanks.
I did it once I can do it again! Need to, hate clothes shopping and at the moment only a few things fit (without cutting circulation off), my uniform, a pair of stretchy trousers and 2 baggy hoodies that I refused to throw away cause they are so comfy!
Almost forgot about the exercise that decreased as the food increased! But still paying the bloody monthly gym fees
I was enjoying it, the food (even the odd treat), the new me and the biggest surprise the exercise went from a non runner to managing 10K! My family, boyfriend and (true) friends were proud of me, but most of all I was proud of me!0 -
