    Hi!

What kind of exercise are you looking for? Are you leaning more towards personal well-being and relaxation or do you want some cardio and sweat with it?

I would like some cardio and sweat with it, its to help stretching and overall well being

Then I would recommend to look up Ashtanga Yoga or Vinyasa/Power Yoga. Since they are forms of Yoga with more dynamic approach. Power Yoga in particular is much focussed on cardio.

Also, if you are really a complete beginner, I would recommend that you look for yoga classes offering these forms in your area, or check if your gym offers power yoga classes. That way you will have a real-life instructor to correct your posture and make sure you don't get injured. Yoga poses can be very tricky first, as can be the terminology. Once you get into it, it will also be much easier to exercise at home. :)

If you don't have that option, I recommend Yoga with Adriene. Her videos are more focussed on finding a balance and "empowering yourself" (expect that term to come up a lot in her videos), so it might not be for you in the long run. However, her series "Yoga for Beginners" and "Foundations of Yoga" have some very good explanations on how to do the single poses and also how you can modify them depending on your flexibility.

She also has some workout/weight loss yoga videos, though I haven't checked them out yet.
