    Oh dear, I was going to say my morning coffee.

    I think I will stick with that- all the web sites, scales, and devices in the world wouldn't help me if I couldn't sit in the morning with my cup of coffee and ponder the day ahead.

    MFP, just the calorie counter, scales and the gym. Focus/mindset.
