The problem is that people tell me I'll look anorexic or something if I get that small for my height, but I've been there before I totally let my binge eating out of control and I looked normal, so I know I'm slightly overweight right now. So I feel ya!0 -

I haven't weighed under 150 since I was 21 and I was too thin as a teenager - I have hips and some shape and I much prefer my curves now at 41= and almost without the paunch or muffin top thanks to MFP0 -

I've been 118-120 ish for a while now. Currently slow bulking since Thanksgiving and at 122-123 (although most of that was an initial jump of water/muscle glycogen when I increased carbs/calories and stopped running. Going to go for another month or so, pretty much when I hit 125. Then cut slowly to drop fat, prob back to 118-120 but w/ a lower bf%. I wouldn't mind maintaining 122-125 but when I'm racing competitively I feel I benefit from being a little lighter. I'm loving my strength and muscle def with the bulk right now though
I do get told I look better at this slightly higher weight then at my peak racing weight0 -

I gained 82 pounds over the course of the last couple of years, and 30 of that in only the last 2 months, due to major stress and unexpected life changes. Now that I am out of the military and sick of the weight I've been stacking on I'm ready to get my life back together. Before this all happened I was 145 pounds, and in best shape of my life doing kickboxing, tae bo, and dabbling in crossfit, plus our 3 days a week of PT.
Although I have been skinnier before, between 118-130, I found that 145 was my favorite. I was really strong, still looked really good and toned/muscular, it brought all the boys to the yard, and could hold my own with the guys when fighting. I'm trying to pull myself out of this toxic laziness and sadness, and have been trying to change my thought patterns. 2 weeks strong so far, but I'm open to any encouragement or friendship here, if you are struggling too maybe we can help each other.0 -

I'm really curious to see what size I would be at 133. The last time i was that weight was 6th and 7th grade and it makes me a little nervous!0 -

Will probably re-evaluate once I get close, or reach the goal - I haven't been that slim for a while, and there's not many photos of me from the time to estimate what I'll look like!0
