This one is soo sweet, and turns a light purple (lilac) colour.

- Mixed berries (just a little)
- banana
- a little spinach
- Vanilla soy milk (So good is my personal favourite brand)
- Freshly squeezed lemon
- Chia seeds

I'm drinking this now at work. I put it in the freezer for an hour and it got a little frozen on top but it's perfect with a straw.

At first I never thought smoothies would be a good idea for bringing to work. but it's actually great. I keep it in a Klean Kanteen (insulated).

My only issue with the Kleen Kanteen is that it's not big enough lol it can only fit about the amount of a tall glass. I might have to get a bigger thermos!

I use a whole banana (small). Everything is frozen so no need for ice!

Which leads me to the next point...

Every week I do a huge smoothie prep by freezing individual sandwich bags filled with fruits and veggies, so that when I'm ready for a smoothie it's as easy as emptying a bag into the blender and adding soy milk or coconut water, chia seeds, and lemon juice.
