Jog with stroller. Do it right before naptime, and they may sleep through your cooldown stretch. When the child is a baby/early toddler, you can try doing a workout video with them in a play pen. It can be risky if they are free-range, though. Firstly, it can be hard to supervise the child properly. And...I've tripped on my kids trying to do an aerobics video. Also, have you ever gotten yourself nice and deep in a stretch, and then had a 30 pound missile hit you? Sometimes they workout with you, and that is cute. We got one-pound weights for my youngest to use (so I have the girly pink weights - what of it?) You can also try dancing with them in the living room to a youtube playlist. You can try taking them to the pool, and swirling them around to keep them entertained? I think there's some mommy and me yoga classes through rec centers...Good luck :)

If you want to destroy your lats, let your toddler hang from your feet during pull ups.
