30DS Re-Starting TODAY

Hello!
I started Julian Micheal's 30 Day Shred in April, but had to stop due to 1/2 marathon training.
I 30DS and am very excited to start it back up this afternoon after work.
I will be posting my starting measurements tonight.
Anyone want to join me?

I will as well. I started it but then slowly stopped doing it. Tonight I will start again but I do not have a measuring tape for my measurements. What do you suggest I use? I am 126 right now but its mostly fat and not muscle.0

I want to re-start, too! But, I still can't breathe so it makes working out nearly impossible. I'll start as soon as I can0

mjg~ You could take a strip of fabric and make marks on it using a marker. Just make sure you can tell what you were measuring with each mark. Then when you get a tape measure you can see where you were, or you could just take before and after pics in the same outfit.
barefoot~ I plan on doing 30DS until I no longer have to do the 'easy' moves.. so I'll be doing it a while! ahhahah Feel free to jump on in whenever you want!0 -
I will restart with you gals! I started it last week but then went to do some wedding planning this weekend and haven't done it for 4 days straight! Might as well just start over I measured THursday last week so I will just keep those measurements cuz I doubt they have changed. Starting weight 1480

I completed day 1 yesterday!! Felt challenging but easy since I started it last week but missed it 4 days in a row! I will post my measurements tonight, but not posting pics of self. Day 2, bring it on!!0
