Should I lose more weight?

    Sola, mymodernbabylon's workout link is a good start, and upping reps, circuits, or adding hand weights could take you through a few months before you need to move onto something more challenging.

    Just a word of advice from my personal journey-
    Start on some form of resistance work now, even if you want to lose a little more weight. Doing so will preserve your LBM, to some extent, and it is harder to rebuild than it is to preserve.
    That is the bit I wish I has known and I would have started some body weight exercises before I had reached my goal weight. Now I feel it is a constant struggle trying to regain any strength.

    I am way older than you, 5'1, and 100lb, and I am expecting it will take the greater part of next year to build my strength to a level I will be happy with. Silly me.

    I just tried this, and it feels awesome. :D I have also combined PiYo and T25 so that I am working out around 50-60 mins a day along with some light walking and I actually saw my biceps peeking out this week.. I feel great!

    It is a good little routine the nerd fitness isn't it. I am so glad you are enjoying it.

    strengthen, tighten, lower the body fat and keep the lean body mass.

    I dont think you need to lose weight so much as recomposition :)
