30Day shred vs shred-it

Alright people... I have done the shredded in 30 days... It was kind of easy, compaired to the Boost Fat dvd. What's the difference in the Shred-it dvd from Jillian than the 30 day shred?

    I'd also like to know. I have 30 Day Shred and have been thinking about getting Shred-It.

    Shred-it with weights uses a kettlebell weight (preferred) or a hand weight. The weight is utilized in all of the moves. I have done both dvds all the way through and felt shred it with weights did not contain as much cardio. Both are good!
